Leader: Roger Drury
An interactive workshop based on developing walks as creative places, looking, listening, drawing/describing what we see and hear, inventing maps and stories. It will encourage sharing how we each prepare and judge a walk, what’s it for? And each time even in the most familiar setting – how different?
‘Just taking a walk’… will offer an accessible, thoughtful, original afternoon and will include tea and cake.
Roger Drury is a community arts practitioner based in the Forest of Dean. He has worked with sound and words to devise performances as well as setting up the first ever rural community radio station in the UK.
