WWF Cymru Call for £800m

WWF Cymru has called for as much as £800m to be spent on improving housing energy efficiency between now and 2020.  The charity maintains that this boost is necessary if Wales is to meet its climate change targets.  Welsh Government has responded that, unlike the UK Government, it has maintained its energy efficiency and fuel poverty budgets and invested over £70m in 9,000 low income homes last year under its Warm Homes programme.
