Consultations on the Cardiff Tidal Lagoon will start in the Spring of 2016 when the options for grid connections, construction compounds etc will be for consideration.  The broad impacts of the preferred layout and design will be available in the Autumn of 2016, the draft Environmental Statement in Spring 2017 and the application to the Planning Inspectorate and others will follow in the Autumn of 2017.  Any consent is likely to be in 2018.  Contact joanna.lane@tidallagoonpower.com.
