Today’s Western Mail – http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/m4-relief-road-plans-thrown-9622481 – is suggesting that procedural flaws will lead to the controversial chosen route for Newport’s M4 relief road being ‘quietly dropped’.  Transport Minister Edwina Hart has advised that such speculation should be ignored.
