Monmouthshire CC is consulting on its draft plan for the management of flood risk – it is at http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/flooding.  With over 200 pages, the detail is considerable, but the zoomable (only on a tablet?) maps  are well worth checking, especially in current weather conditions, and any comments must be made by Monday, 1 February.
