The Campaign Against the Levels Motorway (CALM) has organised a meeting at Newport Civic Centre on Wednesday, 22 June (7.30pm) to update on the situation and discuss the way forward, particularly with the aim of stimulating wider involvement of organisations and individuals.  Ten national environmental charities have recently written to the Welsh Government asking them to withdraw the current plans and invest the money in public transport, active travel and the use of rail freight services.
