For nearly fifteen years Monmouthshire GreenWeb was a voluntary association of up to fifty organisations committed to the environmental sustainability in the county.  Our web site contained extensive local information and provided each organisation with a web page.

Lack of public sector financial support, the online self-sufficiency of most of our voluntary sector groups, and a shortage of volunteers to maintain and grow our services led to the dissolution of the association in 2015.

However, a few committee members decided to sustain this smaller web site for as long as they felt able to do so.  They still hope that in time others will see the value of online networking and want to rebuild the association.
